Our Mission

We develop cross-institutional and multi-agency plans that address the critical issues faced by racial and ethnic minority students and faculty. We partner with your school or organization to complete a full assessment and develop concrete solutions for institutional challenges in the areas of retention, graduation, and student support for domestic and international students.

Key Areas of Concern

• Our undergraduate minority students are unhappy with the status quo of exclusion and inequality in schools and universities.    
• Our low socioeconomic status students are much less likely to graduate, regardless of academic preparation.
• Our faculty of color feel isolated and aggrieved and our dominant faculty don’t know how to engage with them.   
• Our campuses are seeing increased incidents of racial, religious, sexual, and  international hostility that need to be addressed head-on.
